The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead Go-to-Market (GTM) and Commercialization Growth Initiatives across our Payments and Open Banking portfolio. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in ambiguity, sees the big picture, and drives results from concept to launch.
This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on-site in either Mississauga or Toronto, 2–3 days a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.LI-Hybrid
About The Role:
- Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for new and existing payments and open banking initiatives.
- Identify, validate, and build business cases for new growth opportunities.
- Drive commercialization efforts, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Provide end-to-end product leadership, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and regulatory landscapes with confidence.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education:
- University Degree – Undergraduate or Business graduate preferred
- Relevant certifications within Product Management are preferred
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in product development, GTM strategy, or commercialization, preferably in fintech, SaaS B2B, or payments.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in regulated environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Consulting background (e.g., strategy, product, or digital transformation) is a strong asset.
Skill requirements
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, GTM frameworks, and commercialization best practices.
- High degree of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to influence senior executives and cross-functional partners.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data visualization and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira, Confluence) is an asset.
