The Opportunity:

The Product Operations Manager works alongside the Director of Product Operations to establish Product tooling, development and maintenance of key processes and delivering standard guidelines to enable the Product organization the ability for efficient development and delivery of new data and product features, product innovation, and customer engagement. The Product Operations Manager develops and launches simplified and efficient Product reporting that can encompass analytics, insights, strategy, and execution for mission-critical efforts which will be distributed into the areas of the business who require oversight and visibility.

About The Role:

• Working with the Director of Product Operations, develop, finalize and facilitate the launch of the Product Management framework, including roadmap integration with both Information Technology as well as across the Lines of Service.
• Responsible for creating, standardizing and maintaining reporting for all members of the Product Management team.
• Acting as a single source of truth on behalf of all product management practices, processes, frameworks, methodologies, toolsets and ways of working, to provide support for all other functions in the company.

What You Need to Succeed:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or business. Training in MS Excel, Power BI, Analysis and Analytics, Project Management.

Experience:

• 3-5 Years experience in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Consulting, Project management, Data Analytics, and/or Product Management.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience generating various types of reporting using complex analytics.
• Demonstrated process flow expertise.
• Proven ability to think outside the box and problem solve successfully.
• Thorough understanding of product management practices, including road mapping, journey mapping, prototype development, market research, pricing strategies and agile product management methodologies to establish workflows.
• Experience working in highly complex organizations, driving cross functional collaboration at all levels of an organization.
