Bringing Marketing Campaigns to Life
As a Marketing Specialist- Brand, you will support by coordinating the development and execution of various go-to-market marketing campaigns, programs and partnership initiatives that increase consumer awareness of Home Hardware and incorporate our marketing messages and objectives. Led by the Marketing Manager- Brand, this opportunity will best suit someone who has strong marketing communications, coordination and administrative experience.

Please note: This is a 15-month term position.

Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team, agency partners, creative and channel marketing teams to coordinate the go-to-market tactics for marketing campaigns, written and visual content; content proofing and creative review, and product sourcing for video filming and/or photography ensuring consistency in branding.
• Manage and coordinate content development, production and proofing of non-flyer print and digital activation marketing projects in support of various stakeholder business units’ initiatives and objectives, and 3rd party partnerships.
• Support the development of new content and revisions to existing content for use on website, email and social media, etc. related to Marketing campaigns and general branding.
• Contribute to partnership and sponsorship strategy execution, providing operational support across planning, communications, and reporting. Support the development and execution of partnership and sponsorship initiatives, assisting with research, coordination, and day-to-day management of partner relationships.
• Implement the strategy and production of in-store signage and/or collateral in support of Merchandising and other business units’ objectives to educate customers and drive sales.
• Participate in season planning sessions to support development of monthly and weekly content calendars for assigned campaigns.
• Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives related to Homecoming and/or other Dealer support events and marketing events as assigned. Provide Dealer support for their local marketing efforts as required.
• Administrative duties such as invoicing, answering Dealer inquiries, promotional inventory management, meeting coordination, aiding with processes and other duties as required for the department.

We’re looking for:
• College Diploma in Business, Marketing and or Communications with 3-5 years of experience.
• Marketing communications experience, coordination or projects and administrative experience.
• Experience and knowledge with channel marketing, creative and media agencies, and media.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
• The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.

• The expected starting salary range for this role is $56,500 - $74,100; the final offer will reflect relevant skills and experience.
