The Senior Manager, Managed Services, Solutions for Rogers Business is a critical role that is responsible for co-developing Rogers’ managed services business, specifically growing the customer base and revenues of Rogers Business Managed Services, and identifying all Rogers Business managed services offerings (from internal and external (partner) sources), identifying gaps to Rogers’ Business managed services offerings, working with Rogers Business Product and Customer Service Operations for go-to-market readiness of these new products and developing a managed services proposition. This individual will partner with the Senior Manager, Managed Services, Sales – with the Sales lead largely responsible for customer engagement, funnel and opportunity development, and the Solutions lead largely responsible for solution development for customer opportunities, leading the technical engagement with customers, and pushing the product team to broaden Rogers’ offerings.
