Sales Manager, London

To be considered for this role, candidates must be located in or be open to relocating to London or a nearby area.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executives to meet and exceed Annual Targets
  • Advise on Market/Competitive Conditions that effect annual targets/negotiations
  • Review Industry and Region specific trends and analysis by working with MA Director and Finance regarding Expiring Bulk Rates, New Construction Sales, M/A Portfolios and Residential Sales Targets renewal strategies.
  • Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers Lines of Business

What you will bring:

  • Establish employee objectives, complete Performance Reviews
  • Providing leadership, support, coaching and training to Account Executives and Support AE’s with client relationships
  • Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, advise on compensation increases and address any performance issues
  • Enhance relationships with key business partners
  • Develop and execute sponsorship and client events
  • Maintain relationships with key Associations (EOLO, GOHBA, BOMA) and attend Association/Client Functions
  • Develop, implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
