Reporting to the Leader, Client Delivery & Service Management, the Client Delivery Management Intern role offers valuable learning opportunities, demonstrating how to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations, project management, and delivery processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the Client Delivery Management team with investigating trends in process related issues being reported by the different teams and identifying and implementing process improvements opportunities.
Developing, contributing, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all functions.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Assisting in conducting quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
Support the coordination of project activities including scheduling meetings, tracking progress and updating project plans
Prepare and maintain project documentation including minute meetings, status reports, client deliverables, service level agreement (SLA) tracker, and cross functional decks.
Tracking project progress, update project management tools, and prepare status reports for clients and internal teams.
Contributing to the development and improvement of client delivery processes and best practices.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Provide general administrative support to the client delivery team as needed
You bring:
Currently enrolled in a university or college program in a relevant discipline, like Business Administration, Management, Communications or similar field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven time management and organization skills. You are able to prioritize and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
Understanding that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't.
You are a proactive problem-solver with critical thinking skills to help you inform your decision making
Genuine interest in client delivery with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
Although not required, you have some familiarity or previous experience with the following:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Basic technical knowledge.
