In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Data Cloud (nível sênior)

Modelagem de entidades para harmonização e identidade.

Segmentações de média e alta complexidade (comportamentais, multiatributo, eventos).

Criação e manutenção de regras de matching e deduplicação.

Definição e otimização de pipelines de ingestão e transformações funcionais.

Integrações (nível funcional)

Leitura e interpretação de payloads de ingestão.

Acompanhamento de erros, logs e fluxo entre fontes externas e o Data Cloud.

Mapeamento de dados entre sistemas, CDP e plataformas conectadas.

Processos e Arquitetura Funcional

Condução de análise de requisitos complexos, com e sem integrações.

Entendimento de design funcional orientado a dados.

Definição de regras de negócio, contratos de dados e modelos de unificação.

Documentação funcional completa: regras, fluxos, critérios de aceite e políticas de ingestão.

Forte conhecimento do ciclo de vida de software (SDLC).

Atuação em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).

Habilidades Interpessoais e de Liderança

Lidera reuniões com clientes, conduzindo alinhamentos funcionais, mapeamento de dados e discussões estratégicas.

Apresenta pontos de vista bem estruturados, recomendando melhores alternativas com base em boas práticas de Data Cloud e impacto em Customer 360.

Auto-organização exemplar, gerenciando múltiplas demandas, prazos, dependências e documentação.

Excelente comunicação com stakeholders técnicos, executivos e áreas de negócio.

Capacidade de antecipar riscos funcionais e propor soluções proativas.

Experiência sólida atuando como Consultor(a) Salesforce em projetos de dados, integrações e Customer 360.

Experiência avançada em Salesforce Data Cloud, incluindo:

  • Setup da ORG e governança da plataforma
  • Estratégias de segmentação
  • Unificação de identidade
  • Regras de duplicidade e resolução de conflitos
  • Conhecimento funcional de integrações de ingestão de dados, incluindo:
  • SFTP
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experiência em projetos com múltiplas fontes de dados, conectores e ativações.

Certificação Obrigatória

  • Data Cloud (Data 360 Consultant)
  • e Marketing Cloud Email Specialist ou
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator ou
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant
