Your role and responsibilities

- Support and lead consulting engagements focused on IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology modernization.

- Conduct structured business analysis to assess current-state capabilities and define improvement opportunities.

- Develop enterprise IT strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.

- Apply management consulting frameworks and structured problem-solving methods to evaluate strategic options and recommendations.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and executive presentations.

- Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver pragmatic, outcome-driven solutions.

- Contribute to proposal development, market research, and internal knowledge assets.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise IT strategy.

- Demonstrated ability to apply consulting toolkits—such as issue tree development, MECE structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and stakeholder mapping—to solve client challenges.

- Familiarity with strategy and operational frameworks such as:

- Porter’s Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, 7S Framework, and Balanced Scorecard

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience working with clients in financial services, public sector, or technology-driven enterprises is an advantage.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
