Your role and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner: Coordinator, you will balance processes with creativity in a fast-paced environment to create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will serve as the liaison between talent acquisition stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Hiring Process: Answer questions and relay needs on various aspects of the hiring process to stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between talent acquisition stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and efficient hiring process.
  • Support Operational Activities: Deliver excellence in operational activities related to hiring talent, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Relay Needs and Questions: Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates, providing timely and accurate information on the hiring process.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Recruitment Operations Knowledge: Experience with recruitment operations, including coordinating hiring processes and supporting operational activities related to hiring talent.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Experience with liaising between multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and efficient hiring process.
  • Hiring Process Expertise: Experience with answering questions and relaying needs on various aspects of the hiring process to stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates.
  • Operational Excellence: Exposure to delivering excellence in operational activities, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Communication Skills: Experience with responding to inquiries from stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and candidates, providing timely and accurate information on the hiring process.
  • A high level of proficiency in Japanese is required
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Recruitment Systems Knowledge: Exposure to recruitment management systems and tools to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Experience working with data to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Employment Law Familiarity: Exposure to employment laws and regulations governing hiring practices.
