As a Package Consultant, also known as an Industry Package Consultant, you will specialize in integrating packaged technology solutions into a client's business environment, leveraging your extensive business knowledge and package expertise to achieve the client's desired business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of technology systems that support the client's core business functions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Integrate Packaged Solutions: Deeply understand clients' business needs and integrate packaged technology solutions, such as Tier-2 ERP and MES systems, to achieve desired business outcomes. • Leverage Business Knowledge: Utilize extensive business knowledge to drive the implementation and integration of technology systems, ensuring seamless support of clients' core business functions. • Implement Technology Systems: Drive the successful implementation of technology systems, leveraging expertise in packaged solutions to meet clients' specific needs. • Achieve Business Outcomes: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes through the effective integration of packaged technology solutions. • Ensure Successful Integration: Oversee the integration of technology systems, ensuring that they support clients' core business functions and meet their specific needs.
• Extensive Business Knowledge: Deep expertise in understanding clients' business needs and leveraging business knowledge to drive the implementation and integration of technology systems. • Tier-2 ERP and MES Systems: Experience with various Tier-2 enterprise resource planning (ERP) and MES systems, including Infor (BaaN and Lawson), Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS. • Packaged Technology Solutions: Proven ability to integrate packaged technology solutions into clients' business environments to achieve desired business outcomes. • Technology System Implementation: Experience driving the successful implementation of technology systems, leveraging expertise in packaged solutions to meet clients' specific needs. • Business Outcome Achievement: Deep understanding of how to collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes through effective integration of packaged technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Additional ERP Systems: Experience with other Tier-2 ERP and MES systems beyond those listed, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, would be beneficial in expanding the consultant's expertise and versatility. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Deep expertise in a specific industry, such as manufacturing, finance, or healthcare, would enable the consultant to better understand clients' unique business needs and develop tailored solutions. • Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, or the Internet of Things (IoT), could enhance the consultant's ability to innovate and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
