Your role and responsibilities

We seek a diligent and results-oriented Payroll Analyst to play a pivotal role in our organization's payroll operations. As a Payroll Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the effective management of our payroll processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. We are searching for a dedicated professional who can lead with precision, optimize procedures, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
  • Analyze payroll data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding payroll operations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve payroll processes.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

  • Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in the entire process of personnel administration and payroll.
  • Fluent English and Spanish skills - written and oral
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Payroll Process Design: Exposure to designing new payroll processes and activities to improve results and increase productivity, including identifying opportunity areas for improvement and implementing new solutions.
  • Special Handling Management: Experience working with special handlings or deviations to standard processes, including identifying risk areas and developing corresponding mitigating activities.
  • Payroll Vendor Oversight: Familiarity with overseeing payroll vendor management, ensuring compliance with standard processes and best practices where applicable.
