Your role and responsibilities

As a Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing strategic recruitment plans and activities. This involves identifying and securing high-quality candidates for available opportunities by understanding the client's business needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create effective sourcing strategies to attract and prescreen candidates, utilizing various candidate channels such as job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.

• Manage Candidate Channels: Oversee and manage multiple candidate channels to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates for available opportunities.

• Execute Recruitment Plans: Implement and execute recruitment plans, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives and requirements. • Identify High-Quality Candidates: Utilize knowledge of the client's business to identify and secure top talent for available opportunities.

• Optimize Recruitment Activities: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Recruitment Planning Experience: Experience with creating, developing, and executing strategic recruitment plans and activities to meet business objectives.

• Sourcing Strategy Development: Experience in designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract and prescreen candidates through various channels.

• Candidate Channel Management: Experience with managing multiple candidate channels, including job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.

• Business Understanding: Experience in understanding client business needs to identify and secure high-quality candidates for available opportunities.

• Recruitment Process Optimization: Experience with continuously evaluating and optimizing recruitment activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Fluent German language proficiency and end-to-end experience supporting DACH region.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Experience with creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as social media, professional networks, and niche job boards.

• Recruitment Analytics: Experience in analyzing recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize recruitment activities.

• Talent Pipelining: Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates for future opportunities.
