Introduction
Joining IBM Technology Expert Labs means delivering high-quality services while growing your expertise in Maximo and enterprise asset management solutions. In this role, you will build on your existing experience to support client engagements and contribute to successful project delivery, while continuing to develop your consulting and technical skills.
Your role and responsibilities

As an Associate Delivery Consultant, you will collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to implement and optimize IBM Maximo solutions. You will play an active role in delivery while working under guidance from senior consultants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Client Solutions: Assist in analyzing client requirements and contribute to designing and implementing Maximo solutions across development, integration, and deployment phases.
  • Project Execution: Participate in implementation activities such as installation, configuration, testing, and migration to production environments.
  • Technical Workshops: Support and occasionally lead portions of technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and contribute to resolving technical challenges with guidance when needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Build expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), mobile, and predictive capabilities.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Basic understanding of software development or system implementation concepts
  • Exposure (academic or practical) to enterprise systems, databases, or cloud technologies
  • Interest in IBM Maximo, asset management systems, or enterprise applications
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Internship or coursework related to enterprise software or asset management
  • Basic knowledge of programming, databases, or APIs
  • Experience supporting IBM Maximo / MAS implementation
