As a Deal Leader: Generalist, you will drive and scale transformational propositions through deal progression and closure within strategic clients and across the breadth of IBM Consulting's capabilities. You will work with C-suite-level clients to progress and close large, strategic sales engagements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Drive Deal Progression: Leverage a growth mindset to progress and close large, strategic sales engagements, including developing the IBM value proposition, a winning business and technical solution, and commercial proposal, and financial business case.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work with C-suite-level clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives, driving maximum deal conversion.
• Develop Winning Strategies: Utilize best practices, competitive strategies, and your network to drive deal progression and closure.
• Scale Propositions: Drive and scale transformational propositions through deal progression and closure within strategic clients and across the breadth of IBM Consulting's capabilities.
• Deliver Results: Execute, operate, progress, and close large and strategic sales for IBM Consulting growth.
• Transformational Sales Experience: Deep expertise in driving and scaling large, strategic sales engagements, leveraging a growth mindset to progress and close deals.
• C-Suite Client Collaboration: Experience working with C-suite-level clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Competitive Strategy Development: Deep expertise in utilizing best practices, competitive strategies, and professional networks to drive deal progression and closure.
• Business Transformation Knowledge: Experience with Business Transformation (BTS) and Hybrid Cloud (HCS) capabilities, with the ability to develop winning business and technical solutions.
• Financial Business Case Development: Experience in developing commercial proposals and financial business cases that drive maximum deal conversion.
• Transformational Sales Acumen: Deep expertise in driving and scaling large, strategic sales engagements, with a proven track record of progressing and closing deals. Experience with complex sales cycles and navigating client relationships.
• Business Transformation Expertise: Experience with Business Transformation (BTS) and Hybrid Cloud (HCS) capabilities, with the ability to develop winning business and technical solutions that meet client needs.
• Competitive Strategy Insight: Deep expertise in utilizing best practices, competitive strategies, and professional networks to drive deal progression and closure, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
