Your role and responsibilities

As an Ecosystem Sales Manager for the IBM Technology Portfolio, you will lead your Ecosystem sales team to identify, progress, and close opportunities with Business Partners across the entire IBM Technology Portfolio. This includes working with IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure products, spanning multiple platforms such as Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud, as well as Infrastructure product portfolios including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Sales Team: Lead the Ecosystem sales team to drive sales growth and expand Business Partner relationships across the IBM Technology Portfolio, identifying and progressing new opportunities and closing deals.

• Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize sales opportunities with Business Partners, leveraging knowledge of IBM Software and Infrastructure products to drive growth and revenue.

• Portfolio Management: Manage sales activities across the entire IBM Technology Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.

• Business Partner Engagement: Engage with Business Partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, utilizing IBM's Software and Infrastructure products to meet their requirements.

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Technology Portfolio Knowledge: Experience with IBM Software and Infrastructure products, including multiple platforms such as Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud, as well as Infrastructure product portfolios including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW.

• Sales Leadership: Experience leading sales teams to drive sales growth and expand Business Partner relationships across a broad technology portfolio.

• Opportunity Development: Experience identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities with Business Partners, leveraging knowledge of technology products to drive growth and revenue.

• Portfolio Management: Experience managing sales activities across a diverse technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.

• Business Partner Solutions: Experience developing tailored solutions for Business Partners, utilizing technology products to meet their requirements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Technology Portfolio Familiarity: Experience with IBM Software and Infrastructure products, including multiple platforms such as Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud, as well as Infrastructure product portfolios including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW.

• Sales Team Leadership: Experience leading sales teams to drive sales growth and expand Business Partner relationships across a broad technology portfolio, with a focus on identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities.

• Business Partner Engagement: Experience developing tailored solutions for Business Partners, utilizing technology products to meet their requirements and drive growth and revenue.
