As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Security Services, you will lead teams in selling projects as a trusted advisor to clients while delivering Security Consulting Projects. You will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Security Services Portfolio, client value propositions, and delivery methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive Practice Growth: Build the practice by demonstrating thought leadership, broadening the expertise of the team through coaching and training, and developing strategies to expand the Security Services offerings. • Deliver Client Value: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading teams in the selling and delivery of Security Consulting Projects that meet client needs and drive business outcomes. • Develop Team Expertise: Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Security Services, ensuring the team can deliver high-quality solutions to clients. • Lead Sales Efforts: Lead sales efforts for Security Services projects, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to win new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Deep Expertise in Security Services: In-depth understanding of the Security Services Portfolio, client value propositions, and delivery methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes. • Proven Thought Leadership: Experience in demonstrating thought leadership in Security Services, with a track record of developing and implementing strategies to expand Security Services offerings and build practice growth. • Trusted Advisor Experience: History of acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading teams in the selling and delivery of Security Consulting Projects that meet client needs and drive business outcomes. • Team Development Expertise: Experience in coaching and training team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Security Services, ensuring the team can deliver high-quality solutions to clients. • Strategic Sales Leadership: Experience in leading sales efforts for Security Services projects, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to win new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Advanced Security Services Knowledge: Deep understanding of security services portfolio, including emerging trends and technologies, to drive innovative solutions and stay ahead of the competition. • Expertise in Security Consulting: Experience with security consulting projects, including delivery methodologies and client value propositions, to drive business outcomes and expand security services offerings. • Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to develop and implement strategies to win new business, grow existing client relationships, and build practice growth in security services.
