Your role and responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative Assistant in Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of administrative aspects of HR processes and initiatives. This is a clerical position that requires attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Perform Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support for HR processes and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects. • Maintain Records and Files: Organize and maintain confidential HR records and files, both physical and digital, in accordance with established procedures. • Assist with HR Initiatives: Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs, performing tasks as assigned to ensure successful execution. • Provide Clerical Support: Offer general clerical support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative duties as needed. • Execute HR Processes: Assist in the execution of HR processes, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks related to HR administration.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to HR Administration: Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation. • Clerical Experience: Experience working in a clerical or administrative role, performing tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records and files. • Organizational Skills: Experience with organizing and maintaining confidential records and files, both physical and digital, in accordance with established procedures. • Administrative Support: Exposure to providing administrative support for tasks and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. • Basic Computer Skills: Experience working with basic computer software applications, including data entry and document preparation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Basic HR Knowledge: Exposure to HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, would be beneficial in this role. • Data Entry Skills: Experience with data entry software and accurate data entry practices would be an asset in maintaining HR records and files. • Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, would be helpful in performing administrative tasks and preparing documents.
