Your role and responsibilities
As part of the ATM Technical Support team at Zagreb, the Hardware Testing Specialist will be responsible for conducting physical tests on client´s ATMs and self-service devices located in the Zagreb lab, in close collaboration with the customer.
The Testing Specialist will execute tests on ATM devices and verify that the outcomes align with the expected results. Any discrepancies identified during testing must be thoroughly documented and communicated to the client in accordance with defined processes.
All communication and documentation are conducted in German, therefore advanced proficiency in both written and spoken German is required.
Work is done during regular office hours.
Due to the physical nature of the testing activities, the role requires on-site presence at the office.
- Perform physical tests on ATMs and self-service devices in the Zagreb lab, following defined testing scenarios.
- Accurately document and communicate test results in German.
- Maintain regular communication with the customer and report testing outcomes.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise
