Your role and responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assess current media planning and buying processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
  • Design and implement standardized workflows for campaign setup, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, creative, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of media processes
  • Develop frameworks for budget allocation, channel mix optimization, and performance measurement
  • Introduce automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and improve accuracy
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor media effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Conduct audits of media campaigns and platforms to ensure compliance with best practices and business objectives
  • Train internal teams on new processes, tools, and optimization methodologies
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve media ROI and scalability
  • Stay current on industry trends, platforms, and emerging technologies in media optimization
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or marketing operations, with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels (search, social, programmatic, display, video)
  • Proven experience in workflow design, process mapping, and operational optimization
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, attribution models, and campaign measurement techniques
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (DSPs, ad servers, CRM, programmatic, marketing automation tools)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in consulting or transformation roles
  • Experience implementing automation or AI-driven media optimization solutions
Preferred technical and professional experience

• Digital Transformation Acumen: Deep expertise in driving change management and guiding clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe's tools into their business operations. • Advanced Analytical Skills: Deep expertise in measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing results to deliver impactful outcomes for clients. • Adobe Suite Mastery: Deep expertise in leveraging Adobe's suite of tools to design and implement transformative solutions, with certification or extensive experience in their application.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
