Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader, you drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the enterprise software space. You work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP’s suite of products.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Drive New Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging industry trends and competitive insights.

Deliver Solution-Based Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide solution-based selling, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and end-to-end customer experience.

Ensure Seamless Implementation: Deliver high-quality project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong adoption of SAP solutions.

Grow Existing Relationships: Manage and expand existing customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase SAP’s footprint.

Stay Industry-Current: Remain up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP’s product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.

Deep Expertise in SAP Solutions: Experience with SAP’s suite of products, including ERP, CRM, HANA, and Cloud solutions, with the ability to develop and execute customer‑tailored solutions.

Proven Sales Leadership: Experience driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within the enterprise software space.

Solution-Based Selling Expertise: Experience conducting needs assessments and delivering solution‑based selling to customers, leveraging industry trends and competitive insights to generate value.

Project Delivery Excellence: Experience delivering high‑quality project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong adoption of SAP solutions, while managing multiple stakeholders.

Industry Trend Awareness: Experience staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP’s product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge and inform sales strategies.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • SAP Ecosystem Familiarity: Exposure to SAP’s suite of products, including ERP, CRM, HANA, and Cloud solutions, with the ability to develop and execute tailored customer solutions.
  • Enterprise Software Acumen: Experience working in the enterprise software space, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in implementing SAP solutions.
