In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Salesforce com foco em OmniStudio para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções integradas, contribuindo diretamente para a transformação digital do negócio. A pessoa participará da construção de integrações, automações e soluções escaláveis dentro do ecossistema Salesforce, com forte interação com times multidisciplinares.

Principais responsabilidades
  • Participar do desenvolvimento e manutenção de integrações utilizando:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • Arquitetura orientada a eventos (Platform Events ou Change Data Capture – CDC)
  • Apoiar na análise de requisitos funcionais e técnicos, com ou sem integrações associadas
  • Desenvolver soluções utilizando OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors e Integration Procedures)
  • Colaborar com times ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) para entrega contínua de valor
  • Garantir boas práticas de desenvolvimento, seguindo padrões de design de software
  • Atuar ao longo do ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software (SDLC)
  • Produzir e manter documentação funcional e técnica das soluções implementadas
Required education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experiência com a plataforma Salesforce, preferencialmente com Service Cloud
  • Experiência prática com OmniStudio:
    • FlexCards
    • OmniScripts
    • DataRaptors
    • Integration Procedures
  • Conhecimento básico em:
    • Integrações via APIs (REST/SOAP)
    • Arquitetura orientada a eventos
  • Capacidade inicial de análise de requisitos
  • Noções de design de software e boas práticas de desenvolvimento
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software (SDLC)
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Inglês intermediário (leitura técnica e interação básica)

Certificações (obrigatórias ou a obter em até 6 meses)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce App Builder ou OmniStudio Developer
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Conhecimento básico em MuleSoft:
    • APIs
    • Anypoint Platform
    • Integração com Salesforce
  • Certificações adicionais desejáveis:
    • JavaScript Developer I
    • Energy & Utilities Cloud Accreditation
