As a Quote to Cash Professional: Proposal Support, you will operate as the proposal development process expert and support the sales team in developing proposal documents according to client requirements and IBM business rules and standard processes. You will provide leadership, knowledge, support, and teaming to help sellers and opportunity owners through the bid and proposal management process.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Proposal Documents: Create proposal documents according to client requirements and IBM business rules and standard processes, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Provide Opportunity Management: Manage opportunities, including proposal support, document management, and basic graphic design, to support the sales team.
• Integrate Bid Tender Content: Help develop bid tender content and integrate it into proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables, following IBM business rules and standard processes.
• Utilize Standard Software: Proficiently use standard software packages for design deliverables, document composition, editing, and publishing, while managing classified IBM information.
• Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to develop high-quality proposals, providing leadership, knowledge, and support throughout the bid and proposal management process.
• Exposure to Proposal Development: Familiarity with developing proposal documents according to client requirements and standard processes, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Experience Working with Opportunity Management Tools: Knowledge of managing opportunities, including proposal support, document management, and basic graphic design.
• Understanding of Bid Tender Content Integration: Exposure to developing bid tender content and integrating it into proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Proficiency in Standard Software: Experience working with standard software packages for design deliverables, document composition, editing, and publishing.
• Familiarity with Classified Information Management: Understanding of managing classified information and following standard processes and business rules.
• Basic Graphic Design Skills: Exposure to creating visual elements for proposals and presentations using standard software packages. Ability to effectively communicate ideas through graphics and design. Understanding of IBM's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Document Composition Expertise: Experience working with standard software packages for document composition, editing, and publishing. Familiarity with creating well-structured and visually appealing documents that meet client requirements.
• Classified Information Handling: Understanding of managing classified IBM information and following standard processes and business rules to ensure confidentiality and security.
