Your role and responsibilities

As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design Oracle Fusion Financials solutions that effectively address those needs. You will leverage your strong understanding of business processes, hands‑on experience in solution design and implementation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design Client Solutions:

Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, perform detailed business process analysis, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and design Oracle Fusion Financials solutions aligned with their objectives.

Develop Solution Proposals:

Design and propose end‑to‑end solutions that meet client business needs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.

Lead Solution Delivery:

Work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, develop and maintain solution designs and proposals, and provide leadership and guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, including mentoring junior team members.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovative, value‑led solutions.

Coach and Mentor Junior Team Members:

Provide coaching on solution design best practices, promote knowledge sharing, and support skill development within the team.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Extensive experience of 10+ years with Oracle ERP Fusion Financials Package
  • experience across the Oracle Financials suite, including integrated modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
  • 4-5 years of end‑to‑end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • awareness of and hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools, along with proven experience in deploying Oracle ERP Fusion solutions.
  • strong business acumen, including the ability to analyse client requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis, and translate business needs into effective solution designs.
