In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits, you will assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting these modules to achieve expected business results. You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement Planning and Analysis: Conduct fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure successful integration of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules into the client's business environment. • Resolve Configuration Issues: Identify and resolve configuration and functional business issues related to the Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules of SAP HR, ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving employee satisfaction. • Provide Client Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations, utilizing expertise in SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits. • Ensure Compliance and Satisfaction: Ensure compliance with local regulations and improve employee satisfaction through effective implementation and support of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

• SAP HR Compensation Management Expertise: Experience with SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules, including implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. • Packaged Solution Integration: Experience with integrating packaged technology into clients' business environments to achieve expected business results, utilizing consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise. • Payroll and Benefits Configuration: Experience with configuring and resolving functional business issues related to the Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules of SAP HR, ensuring compliance with local regulations. • Business Needs Analysis: Experience with collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations, utilizing expertise in SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits. • Local Regulations Compliance: Experience with ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving employee satisfaction through effective implementation and support of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

Preferred technical and professional experience
