Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Manager for the TEL Automation Platform - Portfolio, you will specialize in implementing automation solutions, combining deep technical software expertise with consultative skills.

You will work on automating business processes, integrating business systems, observability, application resource management, and proactive incident management.

  • Lead Solution Delivery: Manage the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored automation solutions.
  • Develop Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical software expertise to automate business processes, integrate business systems, and manage application resources.
  • Implement Methodologies: Utilize problem-solving, issue-based, and hypothesis-based methodologies to drive solution delivery and ensure high-quality results.
  • Oversee Incident Management: Proactively manage incidents, leveraging automation capabilities to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

  • Technical Software Expertise: Experience with deep technical software expertise in automation solutions, including automating business processes, integrating business systems, and managing application resources.
  • Automation Solution Delivery: Experience in managing the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects that meet client needs.
  • Consultative Skills: Experience with problem-solving, issue-based, and hypothesis-based methodologies to drive solution delivery and ensure high-quality results.
  • Business Process Automation: Experience in automating business processes, integrating business systems, and managing application resources.
  • Incident Management: Experience in proactively managing incidents, leveraging automation capabilities to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Observability Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing observability solutions to monitor and analyze system performance, enabling proactive incident management and optimization of automation solutions.
  • Application Resource Management: Experience in managing application resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources to support business process automation and integration.
  • Technical Consultation: Experience with providing technical consultation to clients and internal teams, applying deep technical software expertise to develop tailored automation solutions that meet business requirements.
