Depending on your experience and preferences, you will be assigned to one of our business units. As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects end-to-end—from the proposal and planning phases through to completion—to ensure the successful development, operation, and maintenance of systems for clients across various industries, including finance, manufacturing, distribution, and public/government sectors.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Leads a project team from requirements definition through design, development, testing, and post-release operations and maintenance in delivering custom development solutions, or for leading a project team in the Maintenance and Support of an application or set of applications using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to project charter or contract.
This specialty has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and Client employees and 3rd party vendors.
They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the Client, provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the Client.
Act as the project lead, managing relationships with clients, internal teams, partner companies, and offshore development teams
Leverage industry knowledge and technical expertise to collaborate with IBM on proposals, client negotiations, and coordination activities
Manage adjustments with clients related to project scope, schedule, and cost; create project plans based on these outcomes and drive execution
Plan and manage the work of team members on projects typically ranging from several to over ten members, ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management throughout project execution.

プロジェクトの業務範囲、コスト、スケジュールに加え、契約に基づく納品物の作成および納品管理を担当し、IBM社員、クライアント関係者、外部ベンダーを含む体制のもと、プロジェクト計画、予算、体制構成、進捗および要員計画の管理を行っていただきます。
協力会社を含むプロジェクトリソースの管理および、プロジェクトチーム・クライアントとのコミュニケーション計画の策定・実行を行います。あわせて、チームへの日常的な指示・統括および、クライアントへの定期的な進捗報告を担当していただきます。
プロジェクトリードとして、クライアントおよび社内外の関係者(パートナー企業、オフショア開発チーム含む)との関係管理を行います。
業界知識および技術的な専門性を活かし、社内関係部門と連携しながら、提案活動、顧客との折衝、各種調整業務を推進していただきます。
プロジェクトの業務範囲、スケジュール、コストに関する変更についてクライアントと協議し、その内容を反映したプロジェクト計画を作成・推進していただきます。
数名から10名以上で構成されるプロジェクトチームの業務計画および進捗管理を行い、プロジェクト全体を通じてQCD(品質・コスト・納期)を意識した運営を行っていただきます。
* Ability to lead clients, internal members, partner companies, and offshore development teams as the project representative. With 6-8 years leadership and project management experience including client or stakeholder (multi-channel) management.
* Experience using industry business knowledge and technical expertise to collaborate with IBM on proposals, negotiations, and coordination with clients. At least 8-10 years of relevant IT Consulting and/or IT Software experience.
* Fluent in English and Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji). Native, JLPT N1-N3 certification or any equivalent Japanese proficiency level at the minimum.
* Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift with dayshift primarily).
* Amenable in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.

* 業界に関する事業知識および技術的な専門性を活かし、社内関係部門と連携しながら、提案活動、顧客との折衝、各種調整業務に携わった経験をお持ちの方。あわせて、ITコンサルティングおよび/またはITソフトウェア分野において、8~10年程度の実務経験を有する方。
* ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安TOEIC 800点前後)。日本語はネイティブ、または日本語能力試験N1~N3相当レベル以上を想定しています。
* クライアントベースの勤務スケジュール(日勤・準夜勤・夜勤)に柔軟に対応いただける方(主に日勤)。
* ケソン市内のIBM拠点(Eastwood、UP Ayala Technohub)またはセブ拠点での勤務に柔軟に対応いただける方。
* Has extensive cross-industry Japan market/business knowledge
* Native to N2/Level 2 Japanese Language Proficiency Level is highly preferred
* Has experienced working in Japan at a similar capacity in IT field as indicated above
* 日本市場における幅広い業界の事業・業務に関する知識を有している方
* 日本語ネイティブレベル、または日本語能力試験N2(レベル2)相当の日本語力をお持ちの方優遇
* 上記と同等のポジションにおいて、日本国内でIT分野の実務経験をお持ちの方
