Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Advisor: Generalist, you will act in an advisory capacity to the business unit, providing insight and analysis to inform business decisions. You will facilitate business unit management review processes and systems, and provide operational support to the business unit leader. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyze Business Performance: Provide revenue and profit performance analysis, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and opportunities for growth. This includes analyzing financial performance gaps and developing recommendations to address them.

• Support Business Unit Management: Facilitate business unit management review processes and systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective decision-making.

• Drive Productivity Analysis: Conduct productivity analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.

• Inform Strategic Initiatives: Analyze account growth and erosion, and provide insights to inform key initiatives and drive business growth.

• Collaborate with Business Operations: Work closely with Business Operation CoEs to ensure alignment and effective support for the business unit.

• Business Performance Analysis: Experience with analyzing revenue and profit performance, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and opportunities for growth.

• Business Unit Operations: Experience in facilitating business unit management review processes and systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective decision-making.

• Productivity Improvement: Experience with conducting productivity analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.

• Financial Performance Gap Analysis: Experience in analyzing financial performance gaps and developing recommendations to address them.

• Business Operations Knowledge: Experience with working closely with Business Operation CoEs to ensure alignment and effective support for the business unit.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Business Operations CoE Knowledge: Experience with various Business Operation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) is beneficial, enabling effective collaboration and support for the business unit.

• Cross-Functional Understanding: Familiarity with multiple business functions, such as finance, sales, and productivity analysis, can enhance the ability to provide comprehensive advisory services.

• Strategic Initiative Development: Exposure to developing strategic initiatives and analyzing account growth and erosion can be advantageous in driving business growth and informing key decisions.
