In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist: SAP CX, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements. You will focus on ensuring successful delivery of SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design SAP CRM Solutions: Design solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge to ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape. • Implement SAP CRM Projects: Implement SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery. • Provide Expert Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to business stakeholders, leveraging business process and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape. • Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM solutions with existing system landscape, utilizing business process and industry knowledge.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Must have skills:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CRM as functional consultant in projects and production support environments.
  • Collaborative skills with different teams to work towards business solutions.
  • Expertise in SAP CRM configuration, Sales & marketing process.
  • Ability to create functional and technical specifications, configuration documents, end-user documents, and training documents.
Nice to have skills:
  • Exposure to North American banking domain, account origination, and other related processes.
  • Experience of SAP HANA on premise. • Experience with HANA Cloud & SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

• SAP CRM Solution Design: Experience with designing SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge. • SAP CRM Project Implementation: Experience with implementing SAP CRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution, working closely with business stakeholders. • Business Process Knowledge: Experience with leveraging business process and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape. • SAP CRM Integration: Experience with integrating SAP CRM solutions with existing system landscape, utilizing business process and industry knowledge. • SAP CRM Consulting: Experience with providing expert consulting services to business stakeholders on SAP CRM solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Industry Knowledge: Exposure to utilizing industry knowledge to deliver high-quality SAP CRM solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape. • SAP CRM Best Practices: Exposure to implementing SAP CRM best practices to meet business requirements and ensure successful delivery of SAP CRM projects. • Business Process Improvement: Exposure to leveraging business process knowledge to identify areas for improvement and optimize SAP CRM solutions.
