We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Partner Field Marketing Intern to support partner‑led co‑marketing activities across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela & Latin Caribean region .
This position plays a key role in supporting the North SSA Partner Field Marketer in a multi‑country region where the ecosystem is the main route to market, ensuring high‑quality marketing execution that aligns with program requirements and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Co‑Marketing Activity Support
Assist partners in planning and submitting co‑marketing activities aligned with regional priorities.
Ensure all activities to be executed fall within Select Territory and are aligned with the region’s focus products and strategic goals.
Review partner proposals to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and co‑marketing guidelines.
Track execution timelines, deliverables, and required documentation.
2. Partner Compliance & Governance
Ensure partners follow brand, messaging, and co‑marketing program guidelines.
Conduct initial reviews of campaign assets, vendor quotes, and final materials.
Identify compliance gaps and guide partners on corrective steps.
3. Claims & Documentation Support
Support partners throughout the claim submission process.
Validate required documentation (proof of execution, invoices, attendance lists, screenshots, deliverables, etc.).
Assist partners in resolving claim issues or rejections by explaining requirements and adjustments.
Maintain organized documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
4. Partner Enablement
Educate partners on co‑marketing guidelines, documentation expectations, and program best practices.
Share templates, checklists, and training materials to improve partner execution quality.
Support partners in using available co‑marketing tools and platforms.
· Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills in Spanish and intermediate to fluent English.
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Accountability, follow‑through, and clarity in communication.
· Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn.
· Ability to support partners clearly and professionally.
· Knowledge of marketing processes, compliance workflows, or documentation review.
· Interest in cloud, technology solutions, and partner ecosystem dynamics.
· Experience with project tracking tools, document management, or digital marketing platforms.
