As a Delivery Project Manager: Generalist, you will ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements. You will be responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Plan and Budget: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and ensure that client needs are met within the approved scope, schedule, and budget. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. • Ensure Contractual Deliverables: Hold overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Apply PM Methodologies: Utilize expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies, including SEI/CMM, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Exposure to Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies, including SEI/CMM, and ability to apply them to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. • Experience Working with Cross-Functional Teams: Exposure to collaborating with diverse teams, including IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors, to deliver integrated solutions. • Understanding of Contractual Deliverables: Knowledge of the importance of cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, and the ability to manage these aspects to ensure project success. • Familiarity with Emerging Technologies: Exposure to emerging technologies and technical architectures pertaining to the client served, with the ability to understand their impact on project delivery. • Experience with Budgeting and Scheduling: Exposure to managing budgets and schedules, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive project plans that meet client needs.
