In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Responsible for leading Change Management and Learning strategies within large-scale digital transformation and ERP programs — acting as the senior link between business vision and operational execution to ensure that technological solutions, processes, and operating models are effectively adopted across the organization. The role leads integrated Change and Training teams in complex, multi-country environments — designs adoption, communication, and training strategies based on organizational impact assessments — manages relationships with C-Level stakeholders and functional leaders — and drives the implementation of new operating models by anticipating resistance, activating change networks, and building organizational capabilities for sustainable results.
Additionally, the role is responsible for designing scalable and replicable adoption models — including the development of global playbooks, learning journeys by archetype, and pilot-to-rollout replication strategies — ensuring consistency of methodology and quality across all deployments while enabling knowledge transfer to internal client teams.
Demonstrable experience leading Change Management and Training workstreams in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA preferred) is required — including multi-country deployments with diverse audiences across operational and administrative roles. A proven track record of managing OCM and Learning teams in highly complex environments is expected, along with direct experience engaging executive stakeholders and functional business leaders throughout all program phases.
Experience in designing adoption strategies, organizational impact models, and segmented training curricula by role and archetype is essential — as is familiarity with instructional design platforms and digital learning tools (SAP Enable Now, LMS, microlearning formats). Strong cross-functional leadership, communication skills, and a results-oriented approach to driving measurable adoption outcomes in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments are required. Experience building reusable content frameworks and global playbooks for rollout scalability is a strong differentiator for this role.
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage industry environments is a strong plus — particularly in programs involving manufacturing, distribution, warehouse management, or supply chain transformation — given the operational complexity and multi-site nature of deployments in this sector.
