Your role and responsibilities

As an Experience Consultant in Customer & Experience Transformation, you will craft exceptional user experiences and provide strategic guidance for all user experience aspects. You will collaborate with teams and clients to comprehend business goals, user objectives, target customers, technological platforms, and capabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop User Experience Strategies: Translate business goals, user objectives, and technological capabilities into a cohesive user experience strategy and framework, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and user goals.

• Collaborate with Teams and Clients: Work closely with teams and clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide strategic guidance on user experience aspects.

• Drive Customer Satisfaction: Create engaging user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, aligning with business objectives and user goals.

• Integrate Business Objectives: Ensure user experience strategies and frameworks align with business objectives, driving a cohesive and engaging user experience.

• Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer expert guidance on user experience aspects, collaborating with teams and clients to achieve business goals and user objectives.
