As a Business Transformation Consultant: Human Resources Operations, you will serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients refine their current business strategy or develop a new one aligned with competitive and market forces. You will analyze performance gaps and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to align factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Analyze Client Performance Gaps: Observe and learn about clients' current business strategies and performance gaps to identify areas for improvement. Explore ways to refine or develop new strategies aligned with competitive and market forces. • Develop Transformation Recommendations: Assist with developing comprehensive transformation recommendations to align factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming. Participate in analyzing clients' HR programs and recommending solutions. • Implement HR Policies: Engage in revising and implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with established policies, laws, and regulations. Contribute to communicating complex ideas effectively to clients. • Support Client Solutions: Participate in analyzing clients' needs and supporting the development of solutions to improve their HR operations. Learn about the importance of effective communication in delivering client solutions.
