In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Buscamos um(a) Especialista em ServiceNow com foco em CMDB e ITOM para atuar como referência técnica na definição e implementação de soluções em ambientes corporativos complexos.

Este(a) profissional será responsável por traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções escaláveis, além de contribuir para a evolução da CMDB, integrações e automações na plataforma.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como consultor(a) técnico, entendendo requisitos de negócio e propondo soluções na plataforma ServiceNow.
  • Desenvolver e customizar soluções com foco em CMDB e ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping e Event Management).
  • Projetar e evoluir o modelo de dados da CMDB, garantindo governança e qualidade das informações.
  • Desenvolver integrações e automações utilizando recursos nativos da plataforma.
  • Apoiar a definição de arquitetura, padrões e boas práticas.
  • Criar dashboards e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para times internos e parceiros.
  • Conduzir análises técnicas e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Vivência em ambientes complexos, com múltiplos módulos, customizações e alta volumetria.
  • Experiência prévia em consultorias de TI ou atuação como consultor ServiceNow.
  • Atuação em projetos multi-cliente, simultâneos ou em grandes programas de transformação.
  • Sólido conhecimento na administração da plataforma, incluindo ACLs, tabelas, formulários, workflows/flows e integrações.
  • Domínio dos principais componentes do ServiceNow Core, como Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Tables and Columns e Forms.
  • Experiência com CMDB e ITOM, incluindo Discovery e Service Mapping.
  • Conhecimento em Service Graph Connector, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) e Data Manager.
  • Experiência em projetos de implementação, evolução ou reestruturação de CMDB e ITOM.
  • Experiência com integrações via APIs, Integration Hub e pipelines CI/CD.
  • Conhecimento em Transform Maps.
  • Habilidade em desenvolvimento com JavaScript e soluções low-code.
  • Domínio de ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine e Flow Designer.
  • Certificação obrigatória: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Desejável certificações adicionais em ServiceNow, como: CAD (Certified Application Developer), CIS – Data Foundation (CMDB & CSDM), CIS – ITSM, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Discovery (ITOM), Certificação ITIL 4 Foundation (ou superior).
  • Desejável experiência com integrações em ambientes Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Desejável atuação prévia como Consultor Sênior, Tech Lead ou Arquiteto ServiceNow.
