As a Procure to Pay Process Delivery Specialist, you will manage and optimize daily transactions related to Invoice processing/procurement, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services. You will utilize your expertise in supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable to ensure seamless and efficient procurement operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Invoice Processing/Procurement Transactions: Oversee and execute daily invoice processing/procurement transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services, to ensure timely and accurate processing. • Optimize Invoice processing/Procurement Processes: Analyze and solve complex problems, and develop and implement process initiatives to improve invoice processing/procurement operations and contribute to the organization's overall financial health and success. • Maintain Supply Management Expertise: Apply knowledge of supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable to ensure compliance and best practices. • Ensure Efficient Operations: Utilize understanding of related processes, such as global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management, to maintain efficient and effective invoice processing/procurement operations. • Implement Process Initiatives: Develop and implement process initiatives to improve invoice processing/procurement operations, leveraging expertise in invoice processing/procurement and supply management.
• Exposure to Invoice Processing/Procurement Operations: Experience working with Invoice processing/procurement transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and accounting for services. • Understanding of invoice processing/Supply Management: Exposure to supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable. • Familiarity with Related Processes: Experience working with global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management. • Problem-Solving Skills: Exposure to analyzing and solving complex problems in invoice processing/ a procurement or supply management context. • Process Improvement: Experience working with process initiatives to improve invoice processing/procurement operations.
• Deep Understanding of Invoice processing/E-commerce: Experience working with e-commerce platforms and processes, including order processing and credits management, to maintain efficient and effective procurement operations. • Global Payments Knowledge: Exposure to global payments processes and systems, including payment processing and reconciliation, to ensure seamless and efficient procurement operations. • Contract Management Expertise: Experience working with contract management principles and practices, including contract negotiation and administration, to ensure compliance and best practices.
