As a Project Manager for Complex Programs, you will oversee client engagements, ensuring the successful implementation of IT, business, and client-specific solutions. You will build partnerships with the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to manage the implementation of these partnerships and meet client needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Manage Client Engagements: Oversee client engagements, ensuring the successful implementation of IT, business, and client-specific solutions, and build partnerships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to meet client needs.
• Deliver Solutions: Formulate, develop, implement, and deliver application, technical, and business solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage Contractual Costs: Manage contractual costs, schedules, and service or product deliverables, and coordinate IBM and client resources to deliver services and solutions.
• Apply Project Management Methodologies: Utilize various Project Management methodologies and emerging technologies to manage complex programs and deliver solutions.
• Develop Large Deals: Analyze complex situations, develop large and complex deals, and apply deal-making techniques to complex opportunities, demonstrating exceptional judgment and executive presence.
• Complex Program Delivery: Deep expertise in delivering large-scale, complex IT and business solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• Partnership Development: Experience with building and managing partnerships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to meet client needs and deliver solutions.
• Project Management Methodologies: Deep understanding of various Project Management methodologies, including expertise in applying these methodologies to manage complex programs and deliver solutions.
• Cost and Invoice Management: Expertise in using IPPF tool for managing contractual costs and invoices as per contract delivery milestones.
• Deal Development and Negotiation: Deep expertise in analyzing complex situations, developing large and complex deals, and applying deal-making techniques to complex opportunities.
• Proficiency in Emerging Technologies: Experience with emerging technologies related to client needs, including the ability to apply these technologies to deliver solutions.
• Technical Solution Development: Deep understanding of technical solutions related to client needs, including the ability to formulate, develop, and implement these solutions.
• Business Acumen and Risk Management: Experience with business and IT challenges, strategic innovative thinking, and risk management skills, including the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
