Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. You will identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Strategic Recommendations: Identify best practices and client performance gaps, and use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming to develop comprehensive transformation recommendations. • Refine Business Strategy: Collaborate with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. • Identify Strategic Capabilities: Determine the capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage, which may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge. • Analyze Performance Gaps: Identify client performance gaps and develop solutions to address them. • Deliver Transformation Solutions: Apply expertise to deliver comprehensive transformation recommendations to clients.

• Exposure to Business Strategy Development: Experience working with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. • Understanding of Strategic Capabilities: Familiarity with identifying strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage, including process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge. • Performance Gap Analysis: Exposure to analyzing client performance gaps and developing solutions to address them. • Transformation Solution Delivery: Experience applying expertise to deliver comprehensive transformation recommendations to clients. • Competitive Advantage Identification: Familiarity with identifying best practices and using tools to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • 4+ years of corporate experience as a Business Analyst, Enterprise Tool Administrator, or in a related role.
  • Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
  • Expert‑level skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with strong stakeholder influence and relationship‑management skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers in a variety of roles and levels and using a variety of tools, such as MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with a drive to elevate team performance.
  • A curious mindset and sense of urgency.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support any task that contributes to departmental success.
  • Ability to learn quickly, including analyzing and interpreting existing JavaScript, JSON, or API‑related code.

Key skills:

  • Basic to Intermediate SQL skills and experience with operational reporting systems, data warehouse systems, and dashboards.
  • Experience in connecting and working with different types of data sources, for example, SQL and APIs.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Experience administering CRM, PPM, or EAP tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight CS, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Planview, Asana, or Wrike.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python), RESTful APIs, and adaptable JavaScript syntax skills
  • Experience within a B2B Customer Success (Post‑Sales) environment & product‑onboarding project organization.
  • Experience in Customer Success within a SaaS organization.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or another degree of similar coursework
