Your role and responsibilities

As an HR Services Administrator specializing in Separations & Off-boarding, you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of the Offboarding process. This role requires a basic knowledge of associated legislation and proficiency in using the offboarding system solution. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Offboarding Process: Handle administrative tasks related to the Offboarding process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. • Maintain Accurate Records: Utilize the offboarding system solution to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departing employees. • Spreadsheet Management: Effectively manage and update spreadsheets to track and analyze Offboarding data. • Support Separation Activities: Provide administrative support for separation activities, including notifications, documentation, and other related tasks. • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all Offboarding procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Basic Knowledge of Offboarding Legislation: Familiarity with laws and regulations governing the Offboarding process, including relevant employment laws and data protection regulations.
  • Proficiency in Offboarding System Solution: Experience working with the offboarding system solution, including data entry, record management, and reporting.
  • Spreadsheet Skills: Exposure to managing and updating spreadsheets to track and analyze data, including data entry, formatting, and basic calculations.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience performing administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Compliance Awareness: Understanding of the importance of compliance with company policies and relevant legislation in the Offboarding process.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English and Portuguese language skills required for effective communication and execution of operational processes.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Exposure to creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts to enhance data analysis and visualization in spreadsheets.
  • Offboarding System Configuration: Experience working with the offboarding system solution's configuration options to tailor the system to meet specific business needs.
  • Employment Law Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations beyond the Offboarding process, including laws related to employee benefits, compensation, and workplace safety.
