In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Project Manager for Oracle Enterprise Applications ADM, you will lead a project team in delivering solutions according to the project charter or contract. You will hold overall responsibility for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables in the production environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Plan: Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements to ensure successful project delivery. • Lead Project Team: Effectively lead and manage the project team to deliver solutions according to the project charter or contract. • Oversee Contractual Deliverables: Ensure that all contractual deliverables are met, and the project is delivered within the agreed-upon scope, cost, and schedule. • Apply Project Management Methodologies: Utilize project management methodologies to ensure effective planning, management, and team leadership. • Coordinate Project Scope: Manage and coordinate project scope to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Management Experience: Experience with project management methodologies, including developing and managing project plans, budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing requirements. • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing project teams to deliver solutions according to project charters or contracts. • Contractual Deliverables Management: Experience in managing and overseeing contractual deliverables to ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon scope, cost, and schedule. • Project Scope Coordination: Experience in managing and coordinating project scope to ensure stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. • Oracle Enterprise Applications: Experience working with Oracle Enterprise Applications in a production environment.
Required:

• Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, to ensure effective planning, management, and team leadership. • Oracle Enterprise Applications Suite: Experience working with various Oracle Enterprise Applications modules, such as Financials, Human Capital Management, or Supply Chain Management, in a production environment. • IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, to ensure alignment with organizational IT service management practices.
