In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Desenhar e evoluir a arquitetura técnica de soluções Salesforce, especialmente em ambientes que envolvam Industries, OmniStudio e integrações externas.
  • Atuar como líder técnico da equipe de desenvolvedores e administradores Salesforce, orientando práticas, padrões e decisões de implementação.
  • Garantir a aplicação das melhores práticas da plataforma, incluindo segurança, performance, governança de limites e padrões de desenvolvimento limpo.
  • Participar de sessões com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio para definição de requisitos, validação de arquitetura e alinhamento de escopo.
  • Apoiar integrações com APIs REST/SOAP, arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e middleware (como MuleSoft).
  • Realizar code reviews, validações técnicas, orientação e mentoria da equipe.
  • Colaborar com equipes de DevOps no planejamento e evolução da esteira de CI/CD, versionamento e políticas de deployment.
  • Identificar e monitorar riscos técnicos, propondo soluções proativas e garantindo a continuidade operacional.
  • Representar o time técnico em reuniões com cliente, PMO, arquitetos e líderes funcionais, garantindo comunicação clara e decisões embasadas.

Profissional experiente na atuação como Tech Lead, servindo como referência técnica e liderando equipes de desenvolvimento em projetos Salesforce.

Experiência em projetos com Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), sendo desejável atuação em Energy & Utilities Cloud.

O Tech Lead é responsável por guiar o desenho técnico da solução, orientar a equipe, garantir a qualidade das entregas e atuar como ponto focal para decisões arquiteturais, sempre alinhando as soluções às necessidades estratégicas do cliente.

Habilidades Técnicas Essenciais

  • Core Salesforce
  • Experiência robusta com Service Cloud, fluxos complexos, automações e modelagem de dados.

Proficiência em:

  • Apex (classes, triggers e processamento assíncrono)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL / SOSL
  • Modelagem de dados e padrões de design Salesforce
  • Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio

Experiência com:

  • OmniScripts
  • DataRaptors
  • Integration Procedures
  • FlexCards
  • Domínio de modelos de dados industriais (CME, EPC, entre outros).
  • Desejável: experiência em Energy & Utilities Cloud.

  • Conhecimento profundo em:
