As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services by understanding clients' business processes and guiding them through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their business processes and guiding them through the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key SAP SuccessFactors functions, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Deliver Training and Support: Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Analyze Requirements: Analyze client requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs, leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and internal and external integrations.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Experience with designing and deploying HR technology solutions including SAP SuccessFactors Core HR & Talent, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key SAP SuccessFactors functions.
• SuccessFactors Modules Expertise: Experience in other SuccessFactors modules, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to design and deploy comprehensive HR technology solutions.
• Business Process Understanding: Experience working with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through HR technology solutions.
• Solution Design and Deployment: Experience designing and deploying solutions that meet clients' business needs, with a focus on establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Proficiency in Other SuccessFactors Modules: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules is beneficial, allowing for comprehensive HR technology solutions design and deployment.
• External EC Integrations Knowledge: Familiarity with external EC integrations, including data exchange and interface protocols, is advantageous for designing and deploying HR technology solutions.
