Your role and responsibilities

As a Quote to Cash Professional: PMO - Contract Management Specialist, you will support the contract management services operationally to achieve individual client contract performance targets. You will execute contract management processes using approved worldwide standard systems, tools, processes, and metrics.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Execute Contract Management Processes: Execute contract management processes using standard worldwide systems and tools, ensuring all exceptions are formally documented and approved. This includes supporting contract management services operationally in both the initiation and steady state phases of the contract life-cycle.
Support Client Contract Reporting: Interact with key internal stakeholders to ensure required individual client contract reporting, extracts, and processes are executed. This includes providing support for client contract performance reporting, billing assembly preparation, and contract deliverables/risks/issues tracking.
Maintain Contract Compliance: Ensure audit readiness and contract compliance by following worldwide contract management processes and tools, such as Program Management Administration and Contract On Boarding/Off Boarding.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Receive direction from Contract Commercial Manager, Project Manager, or Cluster leader regarding administration of contract management processes and tools, and operate effectively in the Squad utilizing Agile principles.
Manage Contract Documentation: Understand, follow, and implement processes, and able to read and understand legal documents and apply knowledge of Terms & Conditions.

Required technical and professional expertise

Exposure to Contract Management: Familiarity with executing contract management processes using standard worldwide systems and tools, with an understanding of contract life-cycle phases.
Experience Working with Reporting Tools: Exposure to generating reports and extracts for individual client contracts, including client contract performance reporting and billing assembly preparation.
Understanding of Contract Compliance: Knowledge of audit readiness and contract compliance principles, including worldwide contract management processes and tools.
Familiarity with Agile Methodology: Exposure to operating in an Agile environment, utilizing principles to provide support and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Basic Understanding of Legal Documents: Ability to read and understand legal documents, applying knowledge of Terms & Conditions to support contract management processes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Contract Negotiation Skills: Exposure to negotiating and resolving conflicts, with the ability to navigate complex environments and implement problem-solving techniques.
Advanced Analytical Thinking: Experience working with analytical thinking, being attentive to detail, and managing items to closure. • Contract Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with required contract systems and tools, with the ability to utilize them effectively in contract management processes.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
