In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovation Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansässigen Unternehmen technische Expertise, um Innovation voranzutreiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Required technical and professional expertise

Fundiertes Wissen zur Steuerung von agilen Teams in hochkomplexen und unternehmenskritischen IT-Projekten
Praktische Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams mit dem Ziel der System- und Softwareentwicklung durch agile Methoden, Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Verständnis für moderne Vorgehensweisen wie Scrum und SAFe (bestenfalls Scrum oder SAFe 5.0 zertifiziert)
Sehr erfahren im Umgang mit Programmumgebung Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
Führungskompetenz
Stakeholdermanagement
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Sprachgewandtheit
Lösungsorientierung sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ganzheitliches und analytisches Denken
Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office)
Relevante Inhalte adressatengerecht darstellen
Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
