As an Account Technical Leader Manager for IBM's Technology Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing Account Technical Leaders in selling the entire IBM Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in managing technical leaders and driving sales across multiple product platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Account Technical Leaders: Oversee and guide Account Technical Leaders in selling IBM's Technology Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This includes managing sales performance, providing coaching, and developing strategies to drive growth. • Drive Sales across Multiple Platforms: Develop and execute sales strategies across IBM's four Software Platforms (Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud) and IBM's Infrastructure product portfolios (Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW). • Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IBM's Technology Portfolio to customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Deliver Solution Sales: Work with Account Technical Leaders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing and presenting solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Optimize Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales results and drive business success.
• Deep Expertise in Technology Portfolio Management: Proven experience managing technical leaders and driving sales across multiple product platforms, including software and infrastructure. Ability to oversee and guide account technical leaders in selling complex technology portfolios. • Experience with Sales Strategy Development: Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies across multiple platforms, including data, automation, transaction processing, hybrid cloud, power, storage, cloud, TLS, and zHW. • Technical Leadership Management: Experienced in managing technical leaders, providing coaching, and developing strategies to drive growth and sales performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology portfolios to customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Solution Sales Delivery: Skilled in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and presenting solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Deep Understanding of IBM Software: Familiarity with IBM's four Software Platforms, including Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud, with products such as DataStage, Concert, IntelliMagic, and watsonx Assistant for Z. • Knowledge of IBM Infrastructure: Exposure to IBM's Infrastructure product portfolios, including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW, with products such as Power10, Storage Scale, Hyper Protect Virtual Servers, and z16. • Technical Sales Acumen: Understanding of solution sales principles and practices, with the ability to develop and present solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
