Your role and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end experience for standard and niche roles, leveraging your expertise to drive hiring success. You will serve as a subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry, or function, dedicated to creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and Screening: Source top talent through various channels, screen candidates to identify top matches, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on hiring strategies, and ensure seamless execution.
• Client Group Support: Prepare and consult with client groups regarding their hiring needs, hiring strategy, and execution, demonstrating a deep understanding of their evolving needs and market dynamics.
• Pipeline Development: Continuously create and expand diverse candidate pipelines, staying ahead of talent and hiring shifts in the market.
• Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with client groups to develop effective hiring strategies, anticipating and adapting to changes in the market and competition.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Talent Acquisition Expertise: Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and closing roles, with a focus on standard and niche positions.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience working with a specific domain, industry, or function, with an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
• Pipeline Development Skills: Exposure to creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines, with knowledge of strategies to attract top talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies.
• Market Awareness: Understanding of market dynamics and competition, with the ability to anticipate talent and hiring shifts.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken)

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Domain Expertise: Experience working with a specific domain, industry, or function, with an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
• Advanced Pipeline Development: Exposure to creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines, with knowledge of strategies to attract top talent.
• Market Insight: Understanding of market dynamics and competition, with the ability to anticipate talent and hiring shifts.
