Your role and responsibilities

The Procurement Compliance & Value Analyst plays a critical role in converting contract compliance findings into measurable financial outcomes. Operating at the intersection of procurement, accounts payable, and contract management, this role is responsible for quantifying pricing variances, calculating recovery amounts, and reconciling rebates arising from invoice‑to‑contract discrepancies. The Finance Analyst partners closely with Contract Analysts, Supplier Commercial Resolution Leads, and project stakeholders to ensure identified leakage is accurately valued, supported by defensible calculations, and ready for recovery. Beyond financial quantification, the role provides clarity and credibility to compliance insights, supporting audits, stakeholder decision‑making, and the continuous strengthening of financial controls within a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, procurement operations, contract management, financial controls, or audit roles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large transaction datasets, identify patterns, and quantify financial impact
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and contract lifecycle management platforms (Sirion, Icertis, Coupa, Ariba)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis; SQL or similar query languages a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret contract terms including pricing schedules, payment terms, volume commitments, and service level agreements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to investigate complex discrepancies across multiple source documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical compliance issues to non-finance stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building processes from the ground up
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Sirion, Icertis, Coupa, Ariba) for contract lookup and validation
  • Familiarity with goods receipt processes, inventory management, or receiving workflows
  • Background in shared services, GBS, or outsourced AP operations with exposure to multi-entity, high-volume environments
  • Understanding of SOX controls, segregation of duties, and audit evidence requirements
