As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, you will help clients develop strategies that create and sustain competitive advantages. You will identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to deliver comprehensive transformation recommendations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Transformation Recommendations: Develop comprehensive transformation recommendations addressing financial consolidation, close and reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, and financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management. • Optimize Financial Processes: Help clients optimize financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design and configuration, and accelerate close processes. • Assist Planning Strategies: Assist with planning, budgeting & forecasting strategies, including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) package evaluation, selection, and design. • Support Business Intelligence: Support financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, such as financial and non-financial KPI rationalization, balanced scorecard design, and executive dashboard development. • Apply Performance Tools: Use tools to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming.
• Exposure to Financial Consolidation: Familiarity with financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design and configuration. • Experience with EPM Packages: Exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) package evaluation, selection, and design for planning, budgeting & forecasting strategies. • Financial Business Intelligence Knowledge: Understanding of financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, including financial and non-financial KPI rationalization and balanced scorecard design. • Performance Analysis Tools: Familiarity with tools used to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming. • Financial Process Optimization: Exposure to optimizing financial processes, including accelerating close processes and improving financial reporting.
• EPM Package Evaluation: Exposure to evaluating, selecting, and designing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages for planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies. • Financial KPI Rationalization: Understanding of rationalizing financial and non-financial KPIs, including balanced scorecard design and executive dashboard development. • Performance Analysis Tools: Familiarity with tools used to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming in financial business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
