In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Billing, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HANA Billing solutions for clients. You will focus on designing, developing, and deploying billing processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing expert guidance to clients on best practices for billing and revenue management. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement SAP HANA Billing Solutions: Configure and customize SAP HANA Billing to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with their billing needs and existing system landscapes. • Design Billing Processes: Design and develop billing processes, including data mapping, data migration, and testing, to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. • Collaborate with Clients: Conduct workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their billing needs, and provide training and support on SAP HANA Billing functionality and best practices. • Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides to support successful project delivery and knowledge sharing. • Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing expert guidance and support as needed.

• Exposure to SAP HANA Billing Configuration: Experience working with SAP HANA Billing solutions, including configuration and customization to meet client requirements. • Billing Process Development: Exposure to designing and developing billing processes, including data mapping, data migration, and testing, with a focus on seamless integration with other SAP modules. • SAP Module Integration: Experience working with integrating SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM. • Technical Documentation Development: Exposure to developing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides to support successful project delivery and knowledge sharing. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing expert guidance and support as needed.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Module Knowledge: Exposure to SAP ERP and SAP CRM modules, with an understanding of how they integrate with SAP HANA Billing. • Data Migration Expertise: Experience working with data mapping and data migration processes, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Technical Writing Skills: Exposure to developing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides to support successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.
