In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Les systèmes informatiques deviennent de plus en plus complexes et connectés qu’il ne suffit plus de réagir quand un problème survient : il faut pouvoir anticiper, comprendre et automatiser.

L’AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) est une réponse à cette réalité. En combinant données, intelligence artificielle et outils d’automatisation, elle permet d’analyser en temps réel ce qui se passe dans un système, de détecter les anomalies avant qu’elles n’aient un impact, et de faciliter la résolution des incidents, parfois sans intervention humaine.

Chez IBM, nous accompagnons de grandes entreprises dans l’adoption de ces technologies. Grâce à de nombreux outils, nous les aidons à renforcer la fiabilité de leurs systèmes, à limiter les interruptions de service, et à améliorer l’expérience de leurs utilisateurs et de leurs équipes. Ce stage se déroulera à Bois-Colombes.

Missions principales :

  • Participer à la revue et l’automatisation des processus
  • Industrialiser les pratiques DevSecOps et Observalibilité.
  • Analyser des données pour en tirer des leviers d’optimisation.
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des pipelines de données et à la maintenance des environnements cloud.
  • Mettre en place des agents Ops.
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance afin de proposer des améliorations

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur passionné(e) par les technologies AI, DevSecOps et Cloud, rigoureux·se et ayant un bon esprit d’équipe.

Compétences techniques :

  • Data science : analyser des ensembles de donnée pour en extraire des résultats
  • Développement d’agents : créer des agents et les faire interagir sur des systèmes hétérogènes (via MCP)
  • IA générative appliqué au développement
  • Automatisation et Scripting
  • Machine learning et Deep learning
  • Maîtrise des outils cloud et de l’Infrastructure as Code
  • Esprit conseil : capacité à comprendre des problèmes et à formaliser des solutions, à préparer des supports pour les clients, et à communiquer efficacement avec eux.

Compétences fonctionnelles :

  • intérêt pour l’optimisation des processus et la transformation numérique
  • Maitrise des outils de reporting, bureautique et des compétences rédactionnelles.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel.
