IBM Client Innovation Center er en konsulent- og leveranceenhed i IBM-koncernen, hvor vi leverer industrispecifik ekspertise og udvikling af ny teknologi. Vi tilbyder vores kunder dyb teknisk ekspertise og lokal forankring i at drive innovation og adoption af ny teknologi.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Vi søger en proaktiv, selvstændig studerende til at udvikle og drive HR-initiativer, supportere rekruttering og løse diverse ad-hoc opgaver i ledelsesteamet. Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. indeholde:
* Løbende udvikling, opdatering og support på processer og arbejdsgange indenfor HR, ledelse og rekruttering
* Overblik over vores forskellige HR-initiativer og support til både vores HR leder samt Talent Acquisition Lead
* Onboarding af nye medarbejdere
* Indsamling og analysering af data fra diverse surveys omkring engagement, trivsel og anden medarbejderdata
* Udformning af knivskarpe PowerPoint-præsentationer, research og forberedelse til møder.
* Diverse Office Management opgaver ifm. den daglige kontordrift og events

· 15-20 timer pr. uge med stor fleksibilitet i forhold til studiemæssige forpligtelser
· Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores HR Leder, Mette Jørgensen, samt resten af vores lederteam. Du bliver også en del vores studenterteam, hvor du i dagligdagen kan få støtte og sparring
· Arbejdssted: Mariane Thomsens Gade 2F, 8000 Aarhus

· Opstart: 1. juni 2026 eller snarest derefter

Vi forestiller os, at du er i gang med en videregående uddannelse inden for fx HR, eller har som minimum stor interesse for og kendskab til HR-området. Derudover forventer vi, at du:
* Er proaktiv, arbejder selvstændigt og ikke bange for at komme med idéer - du kommer til at opsøge og drive dine opgaver selv, naturligvis med støtte fra os
* Er analytisk og struktureret - opfølgning og arbejde med processer er en stor del af jobbet
* Er fleksibel i din tilgang til dine arbejdsopgaver - vi er et mindre center, og vores opgaver spænder derfor bredt, hverdagen er foranderlig og der opstår ofte nye opgaver der skal løbes med
* Er udadvendt, nysgerrig og har gåpåmod - du kommer til at arbejde med mange forskellige mennesker og med nye opgaver i dagligdagen
* Har gode kommunikationsevner og taler/skriver dansk og engelsk, ligesom du har erfaring med PowerPoint og Excel
